Hope For Youth offers Out-Patient and Preventive Services including:
Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy Program
Out-Patient Chemical Dependency Treatment - The Hope for Youth Family Service Center is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) as an Out-Patient Adolescent Chemical Dependency Program. The target population includes adolescents who are using drugs and alcohol or children who come from family systems which have a history of substance abuse. The Family Service Center provides clinical services designed specifically to address the issues unique to adolescents, children and families struggling with substance abuse.
Suffolk Intensive Case Management - Hope For Youth is committed to working with families who have severe odds against them, and ICM has an impressive success rate of 75 to 80 percent for keeping families together. The Suffolk ICM Program covers all of Suffolk County. It is capable of meeting the needs of up to 24 children/families at any one time.
Suffolk County Community Reinvestment Program - Through the Suffolk County Community Reinvestment Program (CRP), Hope For Youth strives to teach at-risk youth healthy behaviors to avoid detention, legal involvement and violence, while improving school attendance.
