Safely Educating our Youth

Hope For Youth’s education department continues to provide teachers in our classrooms and education staff to assist youth with their remote learning. The classrooms operate within social distancing guidelines and lessons include using chromebooks, smart boards and paper/pen exercises. HFY was joined by a new Education Coordinator, Miss Andrea, in March, who has lead the department to ensure all youth in our foster and group homes have the technology and supplies needed for remote learning. We are grateful for our many donors who have given masks and other supplies to help ensure our staff and youth are safe! The education of our youth is a group effort and we are thankful to all our essential workers for adapting and stepping up to the challenge!
