The holiday season have arrived… Will you give?
Hope For Youth has officially kicked off their 2014 Holiday Gift Drive. Again, we are asking for donations with teens in mind. We’d like to provide a festive time to teens in our care who have been separated from their birth families… Will you help?
Like younger kids, youth in foster care between the ages of 13 and 21 are in need of age-appropriate gifts. So often it is the older group that is easily forgotten.
Hope For Youth is eager to hear from private donors and corporate champions coordinating gift drives for this holiday season.
Need ideas? Many of our teens are hoping to open gifts that include:
- Gift Cards (Clothing, Department, and Electronics stores including Target and Walmart; iTunes; Visa-Mastercard-AMEX)
- Gaming Systems (xBox, Play Station, etc.)
- Jeans, Hoddies, and Sneakers
- Basketballs and Sports Apparel
- Tickets to Sporting Events
